I want to Delete my Abyow Account.
You can delete your Abyow account only when signed in to the app. Note: When you delete your account you will permanently lose matches, messages and other info associated with it.
To delete your account via Abyow settings:
we implement a safety retention window of 24 hours following account deletion. During this period, account information will be retained although the account will of course not be visible on the services anymore. Therefore, data once deleted cannot be recovered by us, please use the delete account only when really necessary. You can read more on this in our Privacy Policy .
You can also consider going inactive by uninstalling the app. Since you won’t be online, nobody will know that you are even a user of Abyow as we are an online-only dating app.

If you can't sign in to your account because your phone number's changed or you are unable to receive OTPs, kindly send email us through the email address associated with your Abyow account.

Why was my photo or video removed from Abyow?
We sometimes have to remove content from Abyow to keep the experience enjoyable for everyone. If a photo or video has been removed from your profile or status, it means we detected a violation of our Terms of Use . Please be respectful, review our Community Guidelines and try to abide by them whenever you upload new content to your profile and status. Let’s make Abyow a safe, entertaining and useful platform for everyone.
My age or name is wrong.
Your name and age are the only pieces of your profile you can't update once you've created an account on Abyow.
If you need to update one or both, you can delete your account and start over. Keep in mind, deleting your account means you’ll lose your matches, messages and other info associated with it.

If you’ve been banned from Abyow, you’ll see a message letting you know when you try to log in. We ban accounts when there has been a violation of our Terms of Use and/or Community Guidelines .
It’s important to us that Abyow is a welcoming and safe space for all and we take violations of our policies strictly. If you’ve been banned, you’ll no longer be able to access your Abyow account or create new accounts in the future.
Does Abyow have a support phone number?
No. We don’t have a phone number and please don’t trust anyone who calls you on behalf of Abyow. All kinds of communication are handled through our official email hello@abyow.com
